Language is an evolving animal. Many of the terms that we use today within the Body of Messiah, especially in the west, did not originally mean what we think they meant. One such word is the word grace. You may be surprised to find out that when Paul talked about grace, or the gift (charis), he had something completely different in mind than what we think! Let’s take a journey that will be both challenging and life changing as we discover the beautiful world of grace (charis)!
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not from yourselves—it is the gift of God. It is not based on deeds, so that no one may boast.”
Ephesians 2:8-9 (TLV)
